My friend can not connect to my OT

As the title says! The strange thing is that both me and my other friend can connect.
He can connect to any other OT server except mine.
Could it be some sort of problem with his ports?

He's probably under the same local area network, I don't know.
I'm so confused with what your problem is.

You are hosting the server, right?
Friend 1 can connect to other OTs but not yours.
Friend 2 can connect to other OTs, including yours.

Is that what the problem is?

No one of us are on the same network.
Friend 1 can connect to other OTs but not mine.
Friend 2 can connect to other OTs including mine.
