My friend Cant Login Into My Ot Server

Hello OTlanders, I have a ot,and me and many playeres cant connect,but not my friend,we have same modem,can someone help us out?

is port 7171 open and 7172 open look in config.lua if its the same ip

He's probably as intelligent as some of my friend's and didnt select the version of tibia on their IP changer.
