My life is a mess!

So i've tried to make an ot for quet sometime and nothing is working out as it shulld.. the problem is i have the Real tibia map for 9.6 but notihing else. I don't know if i shulld download the forgotten server and replace my map there, cuz when i do there is a bunch of error like can't find NPC SPAWN,MONSTER SPAWN and CANNOT FIND HOUSE fom 11-798...

If you know any tuttorial ill be glad and rep you <3
