Windows My ot spam broadcast help

I just moved my server from 8.54 to 8.6 and my problem now is that my server spam broadcast message like 1000 in sec.
and make raids etc every sec , and my effects in globalevent they blink like 200 in a sec. please help me solve this problem !!!

If u are using TFS 0.4 in globalevents just add '000' to the interval

Example:
Before: interval="30"
After: interval="30000"
