my pc wont start

i got a problem i turned off my pc for 30mins then when i try to start it up its fine until i need to login i get a message on my screen like if the pc was off and i can only start it in safe mode(which is what im on now) anyone knows whats wrong

btw windows 7 heres what os i have had installed in pc
windows vista
windows xp
windows 7
 
try the basics, format you harddrive and install only win 7. if it still doesn't work, try to see if your ram is fuucked up. hard to tell you whats wrong if i don't sit infront of the computer :(
 
i found out it was the monitor for some reason it worked and then when i restarted pc it didnt
