Linux My server is offline (?) HELP! =/

Hello brah,

Now is 14:52 PM here and three hours ago i've entered in my server and the console/game are running normal. But, after two hours i back and try entering in the server but him stay offline!

So, I can get into the machine (Ubuntu), I can access the site (PORT 80) and I can type "screen-R" to view the server and it's running normally, advertising broadcasts are running, i can see in the console but I can't get into the game. As soon as I press the enter key to enter it carries the list of char, and nothing is loading. What can be happening? Site and server are normal but I can't connect. The console is standard on the machine (online and stable without erros), as if it were running normally.

What is strange is that I view the console normally, and it appears to be running..

Iºm new on all this, just trying to understand better what is happening.

Everyone can access the site and the server machine is online but nobody can access it

Can anyone else login? I see the console many people log in. Is this an issue with you, or the server?

If nobody can login it can be because;
1: Game port not open
2: IP address written in config.lua is wrong.

Problem with the server. At the moment it is closed, I want to see if he gets the same problem with no players online. Yes it's weird, I can see people coming and going but nobody can connect, all players say that OT is OFFLINE and when this error happens the players do not update in otservlist.org

My server was online for 2 months with no problems, i got 513 hours of uptime since without any bugs or errors. And to day for night it starts this problem. So, that strange because without errors in the console or something that better explains what happened, Znote.

This might mean that you ports are not open correctly. Make sure you go into your CMD and find your IPV4 Address by typing in "ipconfig /all" This is the address you want ports 7171( this should be your game port) and port 80 to be open. This is you SQL port I believe. Been awhile from when I hosted a server last, please correct me if i am wrong here. If people can connect to the website that port is configured fine. That IPV4 address can change on you, this could be the cause of the beginning problem.

Another problem can be the database. You you are using MYSQL this shouldn't be happening. Sometime SQLlite can do this. But hings can get messed up so if the first thing doesn't work try redoing the database.

Make sure to save every thing b4 hand and create another profile/folder/whatever you whana call it just in case you mess up something you can't fix in your server or database.

I said this already happens with the server in progress. When this happens, people who are inside the server can play normally and those outside or died can no longer enter.

I'm using mysql bro.. thats wasn't to happen
