My server was banned for the third time and I do not know why

Hello I am the owner of the server insane global

IP: insane.sytes.net
country: Brazil

I wondered why my server is banned at all times!!!


look the error:
This server is currently banned! Reason: Spoofing data info (Type: #1).
Server will be unbanned after 26/02/2013.


every time i get this ban on my server
even because I do not falsified any information

the site need fix this bug very people have same problem!!!!

You guys really need to do something about this. I mean you are banning servers and then not explaining why....It is messed up. People spend money to advertise on your site and then you ban them throwing their money down the toilet, but you do not even have the decently to explain why so they do not do it again? I am having the same problem as this person...i posted here asking why i was banished so i could make sure it doesn't happen again, and i got zero replies. Either enforce the rules in a fair way or do not enforce them at all -.-
