My Temple I made XD

I just started mapping and i made this temple i was told it sucked but idc
please tell me what i could improve on for my next map
there is a top floor and the spawns below the temple

I am also looking for a Pro mapper who could be nice enough to help me out and help me learn faster and tutor me on how to map spawns temples citys houses etc ^_^
