I changed the location of the website to another IP, for example, the website works on the IP of 12.44.55.77 and the server works on another IP and the database works on the IP of the server :: My problem is website can't read number of player online in server

Example : Who is online :- Server is offline.

how i fix this problem

did you change status options in config.php?

As @Jonas said, you need to change this

status_ip

To your server/database IP, where you have ots installed
