MyAcc Noob needs help

Yo People! Im currently trying to host a server for me and my friends just for fun. The server got no ingame acc manager and i went with MyAcc for account creation. However im not very knowledgeable about this and need some guidence.
I use TFS1.3 and used xampp to host webbserver (there is probably better alternatives out there but thats what i used back in the days so thats what i went with)
Now .. the installation of MyAcc went smooth and all works as intended when accessing it on /localhost but when someone tries to access it from outside the network the site looks all funky..
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction of what i need to do.

The problem is with config.local.php: site_url, which is set probably to "http://localhost".

If you want to have it accessible by other users, you need to put the ip here.

Like http://your-ip

Or domain.

Both will work.
