MyAcc password encryption

Hi, im using MyAcc for tfs 1.2, tfs is set to use sha1 passwords, and acc maker is creating accounts with plain encryption type, anyone know how i can change that to be sha1.

Its password to access db, if i change it acc maker cant access db and doesnt work

Well then.

According to this MyAAC v0.7.12 (https://otland.net/threads/myaac-v0-7-12.251454/page-6#post-2442481) MyAAC should get the encryption from the config.lua file from your server, maybe check that the path is correct etc?

Fixed the problem, i just had to add this line

passwordType = "sha1"

to my config.lua and it works now guys,

Now I see someone has started working on it, made some recommendations. If someone were to publish c++ test code based on my suggestions, it would be a pleasure for me to test it

Then I don't understand why adding
passwordType = "sha1"

fixed your issue.

I tried it a million different ways with the same result, plaintext passwords. Then, I just cleared all mysql information from the myaac config.php and let it default to the TFS config.lua mysql info and voila! encrypted passwords.
