Is the forum located in the root of your xampp? And is xampp located at C:\?

LOL does some one have it? what do i inport in localhost? What sude i do when i get the install but nothing to install LOL?

It misses file forum.php in your /forum/ folder. Make sure you have all files.

I think you just have a wrong path configured..
Make sure it's htdocs/forum and not just htdocs
