Solved MySQL and Website Trouble

Hello everyone!
I recently changed to MySQL cause of obvious reasons, sqlite is terribly slow and i don't wanna wait 20 minutes each startup.
So heres the problem, my server has already all limits lifted, such as health/mana/damage and exp limit.
I need to change MySQL values from int_32 to uint_64. Players are able to go over 2.1b ingame, but once they relog it puts em back to the int_32 limit which is 2.1b.
Supposedly from what I hear, a specific query can solve this but im not familiar with querys.

Heres the second problem, I am now setting up a website (Znote AAC), and I just imported the query, but it returns
