Well the table dosen't exist. Do research about it, create it and be happy!

I didn't see any description about your problem, like my items will not works without this table for example. So what's why you get a boring answer from me!

A tip: Notepad++ function "replace" isn't limited to one file. It can process an entire directory, and allows some filename filtering too.

I have uploaded only the scheme in tfs source to phpmyadmin mysql database. I've never done anything with Accmakerem.
