TFS 0.X [MySQL] Depot items disappeared

Hello guys, how are you? A strange thing happened to me: the items of two players just disappeared from depots of the server. They had a lot of stuff, with a lot of backpacks, etc. I looked in the database, (player_depotitems) there is nothing else there. Is it possible to know what happened and try to recover somehow?

it also happens to me with tfs 1.4
