MySQL Error Help

Xampp fully worked and now i get this error when i try to connect to my phpmyadmin database
it says

Connection for control user as your configuration failed.*

Pls someone help me..


and recently when i tried to conncet to my database it allso sayd
phpMyAdmin - Error
Can not start session without errors. Check error messages in your PHP and / or web server log file and configure your PHP installation properly.


Now my database messt upt it says Cannot connect to MySQL Server woot?

The MySQL server is not running or is blocked by a firewall! Please check this problem first ...
