Compiling MYSQL.H Error

Hello im trying to compile a server TFS 1.2 Tibia 8.0, i try couple times installing different vcpkg packages but i still getting this error, somebody can help me on this??

1>C:\Users\camar\OneDrive\Desktop\Nostalgia\src\database.h(25,10): error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'mysql.h': No such file or directory
1>(compiling source file '/src/weapons.cpp')

change include mysql.h to mysql/mysql.h
