my server is down due to some error in apache2
falls when creating multiple lines in ps aux

www-data  4677  0.0  0.0 160072  5776 ?        S    13:55   0:00 /usr/sbin/apache2 -k start

then need to restart mysql to return to normal

This can be so

You sure this doesn't have any relation with tables or checkpoints?
