Mysql Optimization (My.cnf)

I am using the standard mysql settings.
I just runned mysqltuner for 2 different servers.

1st server = uptime: 200hours and using 16gb ddr3 ram & intel i5 with 2.90 ghz~

2nd server = uptime: 60 hours and using 24 gb ddr3 ram & intel i7 with 2.80 ghz~

my.cnf that's used for both servers:

    join_buffer_size (> 128.0K, or always use indexes with joins)
    table_cache (> 64)
    innodb_buffer_pool_size (>= 413M)

What settings, should be used for the 1st server & the 2nd server?
Hope anyone is good with msyql settings and can give some tips and help.
 
Have you tried to use search on Google, what you have do edit in My.cnf? Probably not...
 
hey man... i use mysqltunner.

Set in my.cnf
PHP:
    query_cache_limit = 4M
    query_cache_size = 32M
    join_buffer_size = 4M
    table_cache = 512
    innodb_buffer_pool_size = 128M

The best configuration is the one that best suits your needs. Keep up to date settings.
