mysql problem.

Can't connect to MySQL database.

everytime i try to load my server it say this and in step 3 when i try to creat my website say the same.
and when i open xampp mysql is not running too.

can anyone tell me how i fix this?

mysql is running now but when i finish step 5 in the website and change "no" to "start" again and reload the website it reload with the first step again.
