"Mysqld" shutdowns

So I've a problem, sometimes my mysqld.exe just turns off, with no crash report nothing. What can I do??
What does it mean??

Is that possible that someone did shutdown it? How can I check if?? I had at pma access privilages to shutdown, but deleted it now.

if this 83.28.222.59 ip is ur ip ok if not some1 trying to brute force ur phpmyadmin that could be a reason to turning off ur mysqld so rename the title of phpmyadmin for example hpappdsaldkaspkpadss and u will be safe;p

If I will change the name of phpmyadmin will I have to change anything else?? //

I did rename but then I can't watch my database, writing the name of that file and it doesnt work
