Yeah, I don't care even if the account is 2500 elo with every skin, unless it has one of those skins I don't want it
 
Unless you can provide proof (screen-shot with OTLand window open & a screen shot of your in-game client with one of the skins) DO NOT PM ME.

& you don't need a good computer to open the lol client.
