From where server take names of houses?

in world-house.xml i have

but at site in Houses and on server i have

From database, from one of house_... tables.
Also, you must have some houses bugged in your map, that you must remove them with RME map-editor.

In RME Map Editor its all OK but when i rename all houses in HOUSES table to correct and I run server and type /save all houses are renamed to Forgotten headquarter (Flat 1, Area 42) 0 0k gp Empty. :/

I'm sorry to say this, but it seems your house data is corrupted/bad/damaged in some way. You might have to recreate all the houses.
