Tbh probably the most alien being they have is bacteria from outta space that they are examining probably. Whether or not there are aliens hidden there, the main priority there is weapon development.
 
I have seen scientists in documentaries, retireds now from there, that say that everything that you can see in star wars, and star trek series they got it, and is in development, also retired kaza pilots that worked there and saw things that just can be of other world, Ghostx, don't be fool, the government make us live in other world that they make telling us what they want we know, and probably they don't tell the things because people isn't prepared to know everything, keep it in mind

I'm more than prepared, since I know (better than you) what could be done in the future, but I'm certain that we are not in that level yet.. Maybe there are some secret stuff we don't know about and they might be quite awesome and "futuristic" but star wars and star trek? No way pal.
