If you mean you need to have unlocked addon, just add storagevalue with addon and check it, and if you mean you need to wear this addon when using item...
Well, I dunno how to use it ;d
When adding addon to player give him also storagevalue, and when using item check storage.
Or maybe if its not what you wnat use english on main forum, or go to ur national one
