Need Carlin map for 8.6

Hello, I am unable to find Carlin for 8.6. Can anyone possibly give me the Carlin map for 8.6? Thanks in advance! Will REP++

I am unfamiliar with how to take certain entire cities from other maps. Could you possibly help?

Go on the top floor, copy what you want , open a new map and paste the copied stuff. I think it goes that way...

Make sure you go to Edit > Selection > visible floors

but the problem is, it wont copy the underground. So you'd have to go floor by floor to copy whatever is beneath carlin
