Need guidance! (setting up a OT server)

Hello Otlander's!

I'm trying to make a OT server but I can't get it to work sadly.

Followed two guides so far:
Setting up your own OT server and website from scratch
Your First Open Tibia Server

Downloaded:
theforgottenserver-v1.2-win64.zip
opentibia-dll-pack-v2-0.155310
Tibia client 10.98
UniServer
IpChanger

Failed to download LaatiDo as the 4shared link was broken

This is how my tibia folder looks like now:

When I'm launching the forgotten server exe it just shuts down without any error messages

Need your help now!

did you set up your database and edit your config.lua for it?
this should belong in support btw, not tutorials

First of all, thank you for your reply! I have to let you know that I've never done anything like this before. I have not touched the data folder yet but have changed a few things in the config.lua.
like adding the uniform servers name and password. But mainly what I've done so far is extracted all the files into one folder.

So I guess Im just after some basic guide where I shall start and files that work.

Also I dont mind working with some other version of the client.
