need helo to open port 80

hello i have a problem opening port 80 i put the port on my router and i want to check is it open it says that is closed my router is thomson tg782i

It's the same way that you opened 7171/2. You need to open ports 80 with both services (tcp and udp), don't turn off firewall, only allow the necesary ports.
