[Need help] Adding my game face to fifa 13

Hello,

Anybody knows how to add your Game Face created on the EA website to the game? When I go to Profclub Season and want to download and use my game face (created on easportsfootball.com/gameface) I just can't put my own made game face in the game. It says: "It doesn't look like you have your own Game Face". What do I have to do?
