Windows Need help. Cant loggin on my ot!

I can't come in on my ot :/, i have check my Config 100 time's, and realy don't know to do-.-

maybe the problem is in admin.xml
check it!! mine is:

If you have vista open ip changer and tibia in "ADMIN mod"
test connect whit localhost

localhost always works xd

ok. I had forgot to open port 7172..

But now the server crashes as soon as i try to enter a CHARACTER,
(just like it does when you have wrong position of you character).
How do i solve this? (its not wrong position)
