Need help for website and ot hosting

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with the hosting of OTs. I was wondering if I could put my server on a host website, like Free Web Hosting 000webhost.usa.gs or 000webhost.COM to run my server 24/7 :thumbup: If it is possible could you help me doing this? I create an account there and the web gave me some ftp directions and clients... and I dont know how to use it.

Please help me! A friend has a server in that webhost and i would like to have mine there too!!

The free host won't hold the ot if it's possible to host..
