Need help in port forwarding

Hi.
Iam living in KSA my internet is Huawei E5172s-920 and iam trying to host my server on my own PC and internet and i did the ports and evry thing but the server is not going online the ports are not working please help me.

Are you sure your computer has the IP 192.168.1.7 at your router ? if more devices are connected with your router you have to look which one is your computer

If you have any anti-virus program you can try to turn that off aswell.
What happens if people try to login to your server? What kind of error do they get from the client?

Error: connection refused (10061)

Try to login with 127.0.0.1 and see if you get any errors in ur console

did you portfoward ports
7171 tcp/udp
7172 tcp/udp
80 tcp/upd

if yes then you shall turn of ur router, after 10 seconds click on power button and see if the ports is opened if not then tell us

If you can login using your local IP, you need to place your global IP in the config.lua and set the global IP in your ip-changer software.

If you can login to your server, then your ports are opened.
So the problem is most likely with your config and not your ports.
