Need help in server selection (0.4 vs 0.3.6 [8.60])

Hello so I found two version of 8.60 TFS server:

And I have question which TFS is more stable to host?
Arguments would be great.

In my opinion 0.4 is a way to go, since more scripts and website scripts are more easily adapted to it.

0.4 is buggy in comparison to 0.3.6 however the code is the same, since people are always requesting scripts for 0.4 i use 0.3.6 code to write the 0.4 scripts.

Well, it may be buggy because 0.3.6 has a longer time life.
