Need help opening servers - new computer

I've just got a new computer with windows vista and i downloaded a few distros but when i double click on the application (which should start the server) nothing happens... any ideas how to get them to run?

OMg it's very Long i am helped u only some if u want open a ot u have to one good pc first u got a host in no-ip.org << and u need modem's confiq i dont know ur modem u will find here PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall maked this i am help u more ^^
