Need help opening stealth ports!

Hey! I tried opening ports 7171, 7172 and some others but none of them will actually open.
I did the port forwarding thingy in my router's website but when I restart my pc and my actual modem, it doesn't work, and it keeps saying that the ports aren't opened or are stealth. I made sure I did it right by checking out a lot of websites and tutorials for my specific router but nothing seems to work! I also have my firewalls turned off!

Please, some expert on port forwarding out there?

I'm desperate!

Try to open a DMZ Host in your modem to your IP, if all ports get opened you need to configure your firewall.

can u give us ur router name maby its listen on portforward site and we can help you alot faster.
btw some routers give probleem when u chose like EXAMPLE:
IP Port TCP/UDP
192.168.1.5 7171 UDP
192.168.1.5 7171 TCP
192.168.1.5 7172 UDP
192.168.1.5 7172 TCP
This will work

but if u do like EXAMPLE:
IP Port TCP/UDP
192.168.1.5 7171 Both
192.168.1.5 7172 Both
this will give u some time bug.

ohh alright, thanks! next time, I'll try that.
Right now I disabled the function UnPc in my router, or something like that. It actually works and now I have my ports opened! I also made an static local address something (Not IP, that would be different) and it seems to work!
What I'm struggling with right now is that some ports close after a while. Sometimes it would be the 7172 or the 7171 but of course only one of them closes and one remains open.
So if you guys now what I'm talking about.

At the guys who cant open their ports;
I have a netgear router, you guys should try disabling ISP firewall and UPnP
