Need help ppl on my network can connect to my ipv4 adress but no one else can from like other places

What happens when they try to login? Did you open port 7171 and 7172? Do you have your global ip (www.whatismyip.com) in config.lua and did you already tried to turn off firewall?

What happens when they try to login, which error from the client do they get, is it from the login server or the game server?
