Windows Need help starting an OT Server.

Hello, Im gonna start an OT Server, i had one before wich was called "antOT"

I will run the verison 8.6, and atm im trying to get my website up and running.

Someone wat to help me get my server up and running?
Im just getting error messages when im trying to get the server up.
I will give you CO-Owner.

Info about the server:

Location: Sweden
Connection: 100mbps
OS: Windows XP
