I got and Ot and the language is spanish and i want to change it !

My npcs is talking english please help me !

No me jodas macho, descargate el NOTEPAD, escribelo en google, te saldrá, luego verás ahun abriendolo con el word pad que el npc habla, pues lo ke dice, lo cambias, y luego puede tener un script localizado, te pone el name y donde esta allí puedes mirar también. No es dificil.
