Need help with 7.6 acc manager

I got it all in my ot, it keeps saying too many players online. need premium to skip list.
I know the problem is right infront of my face. its been along time since ive messed around with ots.

Maybe something wrong or missing in config.lua?

On 7.6 engines it means that it cannot load a player.
You should post your character .xml file to check what's wrong.
