Need Help With An OT Server

Hello guys,

I would much appreciate If someone helped me with an ot server. Last time I had an otserver was almost 8 years ago So now I'm back and I would like to do it again. But a lot of things have changed since then. There are some new words that I don't understand.
Yesterday I began with it and I could start the server. So I was glad about that. But after that I tried to make a website for the server (watching this guy)

I found that clip on this site.
After watching this clip I thought this guy was amazing since he explains very good and it's easy to understand everything he says and does. But there were a file that I didn't have in my ot server (forgotten server 8.60). And that made everything harder for me. After I came to min 15-25 I couldn't start my server because of that file missing. I couldn't even make the website because i had to upload to file into Mysql or something. It was that kind of file that ended with .sql.

So I would much appreciate if someone could help me through skype.
What I want to do is start an ot server (8.60) and open a simple website where I people can make their character, make a guild, buy donation stuff etc. Nothing complicated.

Anyone??

donation stuff

You prolly mean the database example. Look for some data pack/distribution with similar TFS version and use it.

I have problems with my SQL I dont know if its because of my ports aren't open. I've tried to open them by looking how to do it on google and on the main website of windows but I dont know if it works or not. Because Now i can't ever start the server but it worked before. What could be the problem?

Do you have the mysql server turned on?
You can find the mysql.sql in a folder named schemas.

You only need to forward port 7171/7172 for the server and port 80 for the website.
You should keep port 3306 closed, only open that port if you want remote access to the database outside your local network.

I'll try it out, I gave up that's why I haven't replied. I'll do another try! yee I have but there was a file missing called forgottenserver.sql that was the only problem I just need that thing in my winrar where the server is
