Well lets try this out since my thread isn't being replied on >.>
*What Server are you using - Simple War OT V 1.0
*Client - 8.54
*What's the problem - Logging in
*Explain an example what the problem is - When I or anyone else tries to log into the server they can get to the account manager part of logging in, but when it tries to connect to the game world it goes for about 3 minutes then gives an error and goes back to the account manager character page.

I can use any client version for servers, and it'll work fine, but any 8.54 server won't work no matter how many times it still won't get past that problem. Ports are all open and I have no firewall up to block anything.

have you host servers before this one?

What error do the client give you, please try to copy it here, that would really help me to help you.

a normal Internet modem can contain a firewall..

Please reply on my 2 questions =)

I have hosted servers before this one, but none of them 8.54. Just 8.5 and 8.42 servers. One of them being the 8.5 version of the war map.

The error it gives me is 10060 when it tries to connect to the game world.

I'm not very active with latest servers, but do as this...

Visit Config.lua, put all ports to 7171 (it should work without any problems!)
put the game world as "0"
and then you go data -> XML -> Servers.xml and make sure the ip + port is correct there, also the World id there must be "0"..

check if all those stuffs are correct..

if it's not, I'll let you have my msn and we can talk through there.

I changed all the ports to 7171 including game port which was 7172, and I got the error 10060 still. Then I changed it back, and got error 10060 again.

I changed the server adress that was in servers.xml to the ip im using for my server. And the worldid is set to 0 in both, but in servers.xml there are 3 setups rpg, tibia, and war. I changed the world id to that of the war setup in the servers.xml, and then I don't have the account manager anymore.

I can't open the port:80
All ports those i tryed they opened. But 80 can't
I tryed with portalforward. It is still do not work.
Fire Wall Off.
Skype Off.
Plz anyone help me

Does that include help such as making chars?
Cause so, i've been trying to make my former worlds (Selena) war ot because its so little of those war servers but i don't know how to create those chars, as well how to make them login 1/1 first team and 2/2 second team, not loosing eq/bp when they die and when they do they repspawn with the level they were before... I guess you know what i mean, i'd really appriciate if someone could help me with this.

Well about the server erhm, don't think its nessesary to say but i'll do it anyway. Distro: TheForgottenServer Rev:0.3.6:3293 its frankfarmes real map, i guess i can edit it to war ot ye?

sure I could learn, but I seriously don't have time, I got lots to do right now, I'm helping people with erros, blabla... ye, many things, at same time fighting with DDos and working on y own server to start it up again soon =)
