Need Help with create a Custom Client 7.4 Paying.

After 3 years im back at otland. looking for someone that can make a custom client for my server 7.4
Will also need a daily scripter paying 25 euro for every Thing you help me with, will need cast/task/some Spells that are custom, 50 Euro for the custom Client.
