Need Help With Exp Multipliers

i am using the RoxOr server <wich is great btw> and i can not figure out how to bring down the exp multiplier. Can anybody help me with this plz.

lol my rats are giving 11000 xp

It should be in your config.lua but if your using stages than go to your xml folder and change exp rates in stages.xml.
