when i go to http://localhost/install.php this comes up: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting '{' in D:\xampp\htdocs\install.php on line 6.

Line 6 in install.php: $file = open("config/config.ini", "w");


Pls Help? (Ill Rep++ U:thumbup:)
