Need help with IPTABLES. (Pay for the job)

Need someone to completely secure my server..I am putting dedicated up tomorrow and need someone to configure iptables for me. I don't have time like I used to because of college so I will just pay to do it. IDC if you aren't a complete genius just need to know my ot is extremely difficult/impossible to take down.

Its negotiable guys..it just depends on what you have to do to secure it.

On a rented dedicated server, it's nearly impossible to make it "impossible" to take down. To do that, you will need to host it yourself and purchase a good connection, pay a professional to set up your network, and you will need to buy specially designed hardware

I know but im hosting an OT. Not a bank site or something lol. I just need it to be impossible for the average nerd to take the server down.
So those little DoS programs dont work.

As soon as the OT is big again, I will pay to host locally and purchase the 500$ hardware firewall. I need a temporary solution for now.

The raw power of your dedicated server's connection should stop the average nerd attacking from his own network. The company you're renting from doesn't offer any hardening services for your network?

Any suggestions with dedicated companies? I will use linux. Serverloft doesn't offer that kind of help :/
