Need help with my config.lua....

I have got my ot working for the Admin and GM.... However i cant figure out how to make the changes ive made for the exp rate, loot rate, skill rate, etc.... to work in the game its really starting to annoy me and ive googled anything that might help me but i cant find what i need to help me...... Someone PLZ HELLLPPP ASAP PLZ...... =(

If you change this and it's not changing in-game then you need to seek further help!
