need help with my first guest

If someone be that good and write 1 script for me to learning base that will be awesome, so lets start

If i say mission to nps quest begin my quest log got updated and the there will be description for the quest
after that i need to go to other npc to take a extra tip for a ques, and after that quest log updates with new description

For now its gonna be all if someone gonna help me with this i will ask for the rest, that gonna be awesome if u help me <3
