Windows Need help with my server

Hi, I got a server ppl have been playing in it fopr 1 week now, but today something happened i cant login into my server but i can see in the console that ppl logs in and out , ive got all port open and the firewall off what could be the problem???

exactly no no bugss, i was online then it just shutdown and now i start the console and i can see that its running , but i can't log in ...

ive seen this random type of thing in different scenerios, but if other ppl can access your OT using your global ip/ no.ip and you cant. you can just use your Personal ip
start -> cmd -> ipconfig -> ipv4: xxxxxxxxx
if you use that you should be able to sign into the server with no problem.

jordan_august i tried it , it dosent work.. what could be the problem please help... ive tried to create a server for 5 years and now when i got one this happenss....
