Need help with Paladin OT Tibie 9.6

Why is it when I play a paladin, using a bow and arrow, I can't uh and shoot arrows at the same time?
Like if I hold UH hotkey then my arrows do not shoot while I'm attacking a target. This does not occur with a Mage using a wand.

I guess you have to add swing="1" in weapons.xml to all distance weapons.

I did that. How do i stop weapon from having a pause before hit attack again
