Need help with poorts on VPS (Strato)

Well I have this vps of strato after I checked google I did read that you can't open poorts on a vps but I couldn't find how ppl can login on my ot.... I checked the poorts through http://************/index.php?portchecker and it said that they are closed.

Have you made sure that TFS is started and lighttpd/ngnix/uniserver is started?

Also, does Strato pre-install an sw firewall? Perhaps the ports are blocked by it.
